The University of Curaçao Dr. Moises da Costa Gomez has been commissioned to develop a digital Toolkit and an online magazine for the ACT4ECC project. This Toolkit will be used by organizations to not only train professionals on child safety, but also to work on awareness, knowledge and skills in the prevention and early identification of children in distress. These children can be helped quickly with this.

It is mainly about preventing or signaling possible insecurity regarding children and offering guidelines on how children can be helped.

The project is coordinated by UNICEF Netherlands, and carried out by the University of Curaçao Dr. Moises da Costa Gomez in collaboration with the Ministry of Social Development, Labor and Welfare (SOAW), AUGEO Academy and Association of the Overseas Countries & Territories (OCTA). The project is co-financed by the European Union's Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values ​​programme.
