Studying Tax Law

Studying Tax Law

This program is especially designed for those with a Bachelor’s degree in Tax law & Economics or a Bachelor’s degree in tax Economy. The program has duration of 2 years, consisting of a pre-master and a master’s year. In order to be admitted to the master program of Tax Law, students are required to first complete a pre-master of Tax Law program, consisting of 60 ECT’s. The premaster program aims at helping students to acquire the necessary academic skills to be admitted to the master of Tax Law program.

Academics - Master in Fiscal Law

Determine whether an imposed fine is correct and recognize what’s to be done when problems regarding tax collection arise. Students will learn about liability and claims and they will gain knowledge about taxpayer obligations.

Your courses are centralized around formal Tax Law and are offered in a variety of courses including:

  • Tax Systems
  • Rights and Obligations of taxable individuals
  • Fines and other sanctions
  • Corporate Governance
