Associate Degree Social Work

The program is divided into four blocks per academic year and integrates theory with continuous reflection on practice. Workplace learning is a core component of their education until the end of the program.

Workplace learning allows students to gain professional experience in social organizations, such as community centers, youth services, elderly care, or rehabilitation programs. Supervised by both a field mentor and university lecturer, students learn to navigate real-life challenges, develop professional competencies, and grow into socially engaged and responsible practitioners.

This practical immersion enhances learning, strengthens employability, and builds a strong foundation for a meaningful career in social work.
